The $20 USD per-person deposit is requested only after availability is confirmed and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour. Your confirmation will include the exact balance and payment instructions.

With at least 24 hours' notice, we can help reschedule your tour subject to availability.

Customer cancellations and no-shows do not receive a deposit refund. Weather or safety changes are handled directly by our team.
